These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReidAtlantic website and the executive search and staffing services provided by ReidAtlantic (“ReidAtlantic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services as a client or candidate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
By using this website or entering into an engagement with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to accept these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and candidates who interact with ReidAtlantic.
ReidAtlantic is a boutique executive search and staffing firm serving regulated, high-growth industries. We facilitate introductions between clients and candidates, but we do not employ candidates on behalf of clients and are not a party to any employment relationship that results from a placement. The specific scope, fees, and obligations of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between ReidAtlantic and the client.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this website by any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data through automated means, or misrepresent your identity in any submission or enquiry.
You agree that any information you provide to us — including résumés, role requirements, references, and engagement details — is accurate, complete, and shared with the appropriate authority. Clients agree not to circumvent an active engagement by hiring a candidate introduced by ReidAtlantic outside the terms of the applicable agreement. Candidates agree not to misrepresent qualifications, employment history, or eligibility to work.
ReidAtlantic’s services are provided to clients under a separate written engagement that sets out all fees, invoicing terms, and any replacement guarantee. We do not charge candidates any fee for presenting them to opportunities. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls with respect to fees and commercial terms.
Confidentiality is foundational to how we operate. Information shared between ReidAtlantic, clients, and candidates in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of that engagement. Where a search is governed by a non-disclosure agreement, all parties agree to handle information in strict accordance with its terms. Our handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the ReidAtlantic name and marks — is the property of ReidAtlantic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your ordinary use of our services.
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we apply rigorous, founder-led judgment to every search, we do not warrant that any candidate will be hired, that any role will be filled, or that any placement will meet a particular expectation beyond what is expressly stated in a signed engagement agreement. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website except as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReidAtlantic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where an engagement agreement is in place, any limitation of liability set out in that agreement governs the relationship between the parties.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReidAtlantic is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement agreement provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
