We’re looking for an AI Product Engineer with 2–8 years of software engineering experience (ideally 4–6) who has at least one clear “peak” in their career — a top-tier school, a rapid promotion trajectory, early-stage startup growth, or a standout team at a top company. You’ll bring high ownership and end-to-end product thinking to backend-heavy systems in Python, building and scaling the agentic AI workflows that power reliable, long-running clinical reasoning across major health systems. Bonus points for healthcare or health-tech experience, familiarity with Rust, or time at a fast-growing platform company.
Rocket-ship growth: $200K to $10M ARR in a single year, targeting $40M by end of 2025. Series B just closed with Sequoia (Alfred Lin) and Khosla Ventures (Vinod Khosla) — $30M+ raised to date.
$160K–$260K base + competitive equity, with visa sponsorship available (including new H-1B applications and transfers) and relocation support for the move to SoMa.
A genuine frontier AI problem: healthcare users aren’t developers, so building agentic clinical reasoning workflows is a fundamentally harder product problem than Cursor or Claude — and you’re solving it at scale, 24/7, across major health systems.
High autonomy over what you build and when, on a flat seven-person team with no PMs, no standups, and minimal meetings. Founded by Stanford CS founders who built clinical AI models before starting the company.
